The land use application fee schedule attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and with this reference made a part hereof, is hereby adopted, and the respective fees set forth therein shall be charged for all designated land use applications filed in the city of Dundee, Oregon, after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter.

Actual cost of preparation |
ALL APPLICATIONS – Reimbursement for Actual Costs. Any person who makes any land use application shall reimburse the city of Dundee for the actual costs incurred by the city of Dundee on behalf of the applicant for planning, engineering, review, inspection and/or legal services as these services may relate to the applicant’s request, application or project, with credit given to the applicant for the initial application, review or permit fees.
