The Davis County precinct justice court is hereby designated as the court for charging violations of either state law or violations of city ordinances. [Code 2000 § 2-3-1].

2.25.020 Court location.

Prosecution for violations of this code shall be in the Davis County precinct justice court, located in Farmington, Utah. [Code 2000 § 2-3-2].
