West Point City hereby joins with Davis County and other participating cities of Davis County in the creation of a full-time city-county health department in Davis County, state of Utah. [Code 2000 § 14-1-1].

Said health department is empowered to adopt, enforce, and implement health rules and regulations. [Code 2000 § 14-1-2].
