2.65.010 Davis County comprehensive animal control ordinance.

The current Davis County comprehensive animal control ordinance and any amendments thereto are adopted by reference and shall be applicable within West Point City. [Code 2000 § 14-2-1].

2.65.020 Animals on sidewalks.

It is unlawful to lead, ride, or drive any animal upon any sidewalk. However, this does not prohibit a person from walking a household pet on a leash on the sidewalk. [Code 2000 § 14-2-2].
