5.10.010 License required.
It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct the business of agricultural vendor, except as exempted in this chapter, without first securing a license for such business. The licensee shall conspicuously display such license in his place of business so that the same is plainly visible to the public. [Code 2000 § 16-2-1].
5.10.020 Exemptions.
Agricultural vendors who sell only fruits and vegetables produced and sold from their own premises are exempt from licensing or the payment of license fees under this chapter. [Code 2000 § 16-2-2].
5.10.030 License fees.
The amount of license fees shall be established from time to time by resolution of the city council. [Code 2000 § 16-2-3].
5.10.040 Inspection.
The city license officer and county health departments reserve the right to inspect any premises or location utilized for carrying on the business of agricultural vendor to assure compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the food service sanitation regulations as adopted by the Davis County health department. 5.10.050 Restrictions.
It shall be unlawful for any agricultural vendor to supply an exempted location with produce grown at nonexempted locations or to sell any merchandise other than fruits and vegetables at an exempted location. [Code 2000 § 16-2-5].
