The “Marysville Globe,” a weekly newspaper, published and of general circulation in the city of Marysville, is selected and designated as the official newspaper of the city, and all notices, ordinances, or other publications published in said paper for the period and in the manner provided by law or the ordinances of the city shall be due and legal notice thereof.
