MUNICIPAL ARTS FUND

3.76.010 Creation.

There is created a special fund entitled the municipal arts fund into which shall be paid all grants, bequests, donations and such municipal funds as the city council may designate for use in connection with the functions specified in Chapter 2.88 MMC and as said chapter may hereafter be amended, and from which shall be paid the expenses of the advisory commission on the arts which are incurred in the performance of its duties and responsibilities under said chapter and any other appropriate ordinances of the city of Marysville.
