6.12.010 Fowl at large prohibited.

It is declared to be unlawful for any person, corporation or company owning or having control of or keeping chickens, geese, ducks, turkeys or other domestic fowls to allow the same to run at large within the corporate limits of the city of Omak. (Ord. 42 § 1, 1914).

6.12.020 Penalties for violations.

Any person violating Section 6.12.010 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than one dollar nor more than twenty dollars and the costs of prosecution and shall stand committed to the city jail until such fine and costs are paid, not exceeding thirty days. (Ord. 42 § 2, 1914).
