7.04.010 Vehicles, animals prohibited—Exceptions.

No person, persons, firm or corporation shall run any vehicles or drive any animal or go upon the Omak Municipal Airport unless they go thereon for the purpose of using the airport or for the purpose of caring for planes thereon or for the purpose of serving and caring for the airport or for some purpose related to the operation of the airport; provided, however, that spectators may go upon the airport as long as they confine their vehicles to the areas designated for parking of cars. (Ord. 401 § 1, 1959).

7.04.020 Penalties for violations—Separate offense.

Any person, persons, organization or corporation found guilty of violation of any provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars and not less than twenty-five dollars or imprisonment for not more than ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

Each and every time that any person, persons, firm or corporation goes upon the airport in contravention of this chapter shall be considered a separate offense and subject to the penalties hereunder. (Ord. 401 § 2, 1959).

7.04.030 Penalty warning signs authorized.

The proper authorities of the city of Omak shall post at conspicuous places on the airport signs with the following printed thereon:

"A penalty of from $25.00 to $300.00 and/or imprisonment for anyone crossing or going upon Airport except as authorized by Ordinance."

Even though signs may not be put or maintained near the airport, such shall not in any manner relieve any person, persons, firm or corporation from the responsibility of abiding by this chapter. (Ord. 401 § 3, 1959).
