The Bristol Bay Borough Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual, 2015 Edition, is adopted as the personnel code of the borough and made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein. (Ord. 2015-11 §3 (part), 2015).
2.02.020 Intent and purpose.
It is the purpose of the Bristol Bay Borough Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual to establish a system of uniform personnel policies and procedures that shall assure high quality personnel administration in full compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements and in keeping with generally accepted personnel management standards. (Ord. 2015-11 §3 (part), 2015).
2.02.030 Scope.
The scope of the Bristol Bay Borough Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual includes a compilation of policies and procedures for personnel administration of all employees of the borough, except as otherwise provided by law or ordinance. (Ord. 2015-11 §3 (part), 2015).
