Municipal officers of the borough are exempt from the financial and business reporting requirements of AS 39.50.020(b). (Ord. 75-7 §1, 1975).
2.36.020 Authority.
The authority to exempt municipal officers from the requirement of AS 29.50.020(b) is AS 39.50.145. (Ord. 76-7 §2, 1975).
2.36.030 Definitions.
"Municipal officer" means borough mayor, borough assemblyman, school board member, borough manager and a member of the planning and zoning commission. (Ord. 75-7 §3, 1975).
