HARBORING REGULATIONS

6.16.020 Sanitary condition required.
6.16.010 Restrictions.
No person shall own, keep or harbor any animal which causes annoyance in the neighborhood by:
A. Barking, howling, braying, crowing, or making other sounds common to its species; or
B. Being the source of offensive or objectionable odors; or
C. Presenting an unsightly, unsanitary, or unclean appearance. (Ord. 2006-03 (part), 2006: Ord. 29 §2, 1972).
6.16.020 Sanitary condition required.
The owner of every animal shall maintain all structures, pens, yards, or coops where such animal is kept in a clean and sanitary condition, devoid of flies, insects, vermin or rodents, and shall promptly remove all debris and droppings from the area, and eliminate any objectionable odors. (Ord. 2006-03 (part), 2006: Ord. 29 §3, 1972).
