9.12.010  Prohibited--Exception.

The use of fireworks in and on a public place, roads and streets is prohibited.  Controlled displays may be permitted by the borough assembly.  (Ord. 84-15 §l, 1984).

9.12.020  Prohibited on bulk fuel premises.

Fireworks shall not be used on any premises where bulk fuel tanks are located.  (Ord. 84-15 §2, 1984).

9.12.030  Violation--Penalty.

Any person convicted of a violation of this chapter is guilty of an infraction, and is punishable by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars.  (Ord. 84-15 §3, 1984).
