17.35.010 Appeals.
Appeals of decisions by the planning director or planning commission alleging errors in any requirement, decision or determination made in the enforcement or administration of the regulations in this title shall be heard by the board of adjustment pursuant to the procedures established in Chapter 18.52, except as otherwise provided for in this title.
