19.01.010 Closure of public use areas.

The City Manager may close any City-owned public use area to the public upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so. In addition to the written findings, the City Manager will provide the conditions that must be met in order to reopen any areas closed and a projected date of reopening. [Ord. 20-19(S)(A) § 1, 2020].
