PROTECTIVE CUSTODY COSTS

All persons taken into protective custody by the city under the provisions of AS 47.37.170 shall be liable to the city for the cost of police and medical services provided to the person in the amount of at least $100.00 plus any additional actual costs of those services. (Ord. 1160 § 1, 1989)
