CHAPTER 18.05: PORT DIRECTOR AND EMPLOYEES

18.05.010 APPOINTMENT AND COMPENSATION.

(A) The port director shall be appointed by the manager, after consultation with the port commission. The port director shall serve at the pleasure of the manager.

(B) The manager shall fix the compensation of the port director.

18.05.020 PORT EMPLOYEES.

(A) [Repealed by Ord. 94-119, § 2 (part), 1994]

(B) The manager shall employ and manage personnel considered necessary to fill positions that have been approved by the assembly.
