PENALTIES

16.20.010 Violations.
(a) Any violation of this title shall be an infraction punishable by a fine as set forth in NCO Section 1.20.040, or if no fine is there established, not to exceed five hundred dollars plus any surcharge required to be imposed by AS 12.55.039 for each offense.
