HAZARDOUS SIDEWALKS

12.10.010 Hazardous sidewalk area.

It is unlawful for the owner or occupant of property abutting upon a sidewalk or sidewalk area to permit the sidewalk or sidewalk area adjacent to the property to become a hazard to persons using the sidewalk or sidewalk area. [Ord. 2008-03-013 § A].

12.10.020 Snow or ice accumulating on sidewalk.

It is unlawful for the owner or the occupant of any premises abutting on any sidewalk in the City of Saxman to allow to accumulate on such walk snow or ice rendering the same dangerous or inconvenient for pedestrians. [Ord. 2008-03-013 § B].

12.10.030 Clearing sidewalk of snow and/or ice.

It is hereby made the duty of the owner or occupant of any premises abutting on any sidewalk in the City of Saxman to clear the walk of snow and ice accumulating thereon before 12:00 noon of each day. [Ord. 2008-03-013 § C].
