TOWN ENGINEER

2.22.010 Designated.
The Town may employ or contract with consultants for professional engineering. Subject to the approval of the Town Council, the Town Manager has the authority to appoint/hire an appropriately credentialed and licensed professional engineer. The Town Engineer may also serve as Public Works Director at the discretion of the Town Manager with the approval of the Town Council. The Town Manager may terminate the services of the Town Engineer subject to the prior approval of the Town Council. (Ord. 13-378 § 1 (Exh. A)(part))
