CHAPTER 10-1: LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE

10-1-1 ADOPTION:

That certain code entitled "City Of Prescott Land Development Code Dated July 1, 2003," as made a public record by City of Prescott Resolution 3541, and as subsequently amended by Resolutions 3594, 3638, 3647, 3751, 3801, 3809, 4049 and 2019-1730, and Ordinances 4683, 4700, 4702, 4716, 4763, 4764, 4786, 4840, 4866, 4869, 4873, 4925, 4966, 4982, 5007, 5013, 5015, 5041 and 2019-1703, as all of the same may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted and made part of this chapter, the same as though said code were specifically set forth in full herein. 10-1-2 PENALTY:
