REPORTING FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS

3.18.020 Reporting for affordable housing units.
3.18.010 Definitions.
The following words shall have the meaning indicated when used in this chapter:
“Affordable housing agreement” means any effective, city-executed agreement regulating the operation and maintenance of property and restricting the sale or occupancy thereof to specified households at a specified price or rent. Examples include, but are not limited to, an: affordable housing resale restriction, affordability covenant, or housing agreement.
“City” means the city of Aliso Viejo, California. [Ord. 2022-226 § 3].
3.18.020 Reporting for affordable housing units.
It is unlawful for any person owning, occupying, or leasing property subject to an affordable housing agreement to fail to submit any verification of income or occupancy requested by the city in accordance with the affordable housing agreement. [Ord. 2022-226 § 3].
