1.10.010 Recitals.

By Resolution 90-182, the Amador County board of supervisors proposed a change of the common boundary between the county of Amador and the county of El Dorado.  The board of supervisors of the county of El Dorado has passed a similar resolution agreeing to such boundary change.  The proposed boundary change meets each of the conditions of Government Code Section 23202, and will not move the boundary more than five miles from its original location and will not reduce the area or population of either county by more than five percent.  (Ord. 1254 §1(part), 1990).

1.10.020 Boundary change.

A.    Effective as of midnight, June 30, 1991, the following property, presently a part of El Dorado County, will become annexed to and part of Amador County:

Commencing at the intersection of the north south 1/4 section line of Section 21, Township 10 North, Range 17 East, M. D. B. & M., and the existing county line of Amador and El Dorado Counties, also being the true point of beginning;

Thence north from said true point of beginning along said north south 1/4 line to the north 1/4 corner of said Section 21.

Thence easterly along the section line common to Sections 16 and 21, Township 10 North, Range 17 East, M. D. B. & M., to the section corner common to Sections 15, 16, 21, and 22, Township 10 North, Range 17 East, M. D. B. & M.  Thence continuing easterly along section line common to Sections 15 and 22, Township 10 North, Range 17 East, M. D. B. & M., to the west 1/16 corner common to said Sections 15 and 22.

Thence southerly along the west 1/16 line of Section 22, Township 10 North, Range 17 East, M. D. B. & M. to the center west 1/16 corner of Section 22, Township 10 North, Range 17 East, M. D. B. & M.

Thence westerly along the east west 1/4 section line of Section 22, Township 10 North, Range 17 East, M. D. B. & M., to the 1/4 corner common to Sections 21 and 22, Town ship 10 North, Range 17 East, M. D. B. & M.

Thence southerly along the section line common to Sections 21 and 22, Township 10 North, Range 17 East, M. D. B. & M., to the county line of Amador and El Dorado Counties.

Thence northwesterly along said county line to the true point of beginning.

B.    Pursuant to Sections 23213 to 23215, inclusive, of the Government Code, all actions performed prior to such effective date by El Dorado County officers relating to the assessment and levy of taxes for the 1991-92 fiscal year shall be deemed actions of Amador County officers.  (Ord. 1254 §1(part), 1990).

1.10.030 Recitals.

By Resolution 95-370, the Amador County board of supervisors proposed a change of the common boundary between the county of Amador and the county of Alpine.  The board of supervisors of the county of Alpine has passed a similar resolution agreeing to such a boundary change.  The proposed boundary change meets each of the conditions of Government Code Section 23202, and will not move the boundary more than five miles from its original location and will not reduce the area or population of either county by more than five percent.  (Ord. 1390 §1(part), 1995).

1.10.040 Boundary change.

A.    Effective as of midnight, November 17, 1995, the following property, presently a part of Amador County, will become annexed to and part of Alpine County:

Commencing at the corner common to Amador, Alpine and El Dorado Counties; said corner bearing north 43° 11' 20" east, 3921.80 feet from the southwest corner of Section 22, Township 10 North, Range 17 East, M.D.B. & M., based on the official map of Kirkwood East Meadows Subdivision Unit 2, recorded in Book 7 of Subdivisions at Pages 7-9, Amador County Records and recorded in Book 4 of Maps at Pages 2325, Alpine County Records, thence along said county boundary between Amador and Alpine Counties, south 01° 12' 57" east, 220.76 feet to the true point of beginning;

Thence continuing along said county line south 01° 12' 57" east, 827.13 feet;

Thence leaving said county line south 48° 05' 53" west, 82.94 feet;

Thence north 33° 00' 26" 192.09 feet;

Thence north 10° 23' 22" west, 317.84 feet; Thence north 24° 05' 11" west, 106.42 feet; Thence north 00° 22' 12" east, 211.02 feet; Thence north 37° 48' 48" east, 121.29 feet; Thence north 88° 29' 19" east, 173.91 feet to the point of beginning; containing 3.97 acres of land, more or less.

B.    Pursuant to Sections 23213 to 23215, inclusive, of the Government Code, all actions performed prior to such effective date by Amador County officers relating to the assessment and levy of taxes for the 1996-97 fiscal year shall be deemed actions of Alpine County officers.  (Ord. 1390 §1(part), 1995).
