7.08.010 Quarantine provisions.
Within the limits of Amador County, and outside the limits of any incorporated city or town therein, any building, house, structure, tent or any part thereof or any place wherein or whereon exists or there is reason to believe does exist Spanish influenza, pneumonia or any other contagious or communicable disease shall be quarantined, and every person subject to quarantine residing or being in a quarantined building, house, structure, tent or any part thereof, or any quarantined place, shall not go beyond the lot upon which such building, house, structure, tent or any part thereof is situated, nor put himself in immediate communication with any person not subject to quarantine, other than the health officer and physicians. 7.08.020 Report of communicable disease.
Every person having knowledge or information of the existence of Spanish influenza, pneumonia or any other contagious or communicable disease within said boundaries shall immediately and within twelve hours after obtaining such knowledge or information report same to the health officer of Amador County. (Ord. 163(part), 1919).
7.08.030 Violation--Penalty.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less then twenty-five nor more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for a term of not more than ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 163(part), 1919).
