COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISIONS

17.20.030 Compliance with title.
17.20.010 Lot area and width.
Minimum lot area and width for commercial subdivisions shall be six thousand square feet and fifty feet average width, provided that the planning commission may reduce the lot sizes not more than fifty percent when the total lot size and land used for parking and landscaping in undivided interest equals the required lot size. (Ord. 375 §6.1, 1965).
17.20.020 Improvements.
All improvements shall be as set out in Chapters 17.40 through 17.48. (Ord. 375 §6.2, 1965).
17.20.030 Compliance with title.
All other regulations set out in this title shall be complied with in the development of commercial subdivisions. (Ord. 375 §6.3, 1965).
