Sec. 9000 Land Use Code.

The provisions of the Land Use Code, as adopted by the City Council of the City of Arcata by Ordinance 1377, adopted on September 3, 2008, and all revisions, supplements and amendments thereto and hereafter adopted by the City Council are hereby adopted in their entirety. Sec. 9001 Deposit of copies.

One copy of the Land Use Code shall be filed, for use and examination by the public, in the office of the City Clerk. (Ord. 1432, eff. 12/20/2013)

Sec. 9002 Violations as infractions.

Any person, firm or corporation, whether as principal, agent, employee or otherwise, violating any provisions of this Title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor or an infraction at the election of the City and/or its prosecuting official, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by the applicable fine as established by the Council or Court.
