2.69.010 Restriction upon the appointment of family members to city commissions and boards.

Neither the city council, nor any individual councilmember, shall appoint or ratify the appointment of any person to any commission or board in the city government who is a relative by blood or marriage within the third degree of any member of the council. (Ord. 780 § 1, 2005).
