5.60.010 Use for commercial purpose prohibited – Exceptions.

It shall be unlawful to use, maintain, or occupy any trailer coach in the city for the purpose of carrying on therein or therefrom any commercial activity, professional office, or other business enterprise; provided, however, that this section does not prohibit:

A. The use of a trailer coach by the owner, manager, or caretaker of a lawfully operating trailer court or park in connection with the management of such court or park;

B. The maintenance or storage of trailer coaches when stored or displayed for sales or lease purposes, and not otherwise used or occupied;

C. The temporary use, during construction, of a trailer as a contractor’s office on the site of any structure under construction or alteration. (Prior code § 5103).
