A. It is unlawful for any person to loiter in or about any parking lot of a commercial business without the express or implied permission of the owner or person in lawful control of such business and/or parking lot.

B. Repealed by Ord. 03-9. (Ord. 03-9 § 19; Ord. 83-3 N.S. § 1, 1983).
