14.250.030 Residential use table.
14.250.010 Purpose.
The purpose of the residential use table is to clearly and precisely designate permitted uses and conditional uses within each of the following districts:
R-1 |
Single-Family Residential Zoning District |
R-2 |
Medium Density Residential Zoning District |
R-3 |
High Density Residential Zoning District |
R-MU |
Residential Mixed-Use Zoning District |
[Ord. 428 § 3 (Exh. I), 2022; Ord. 409 § 3, 2017; Ord. 320 § 1, 1999. Formerly 14.100.010]
14.250.020 Designation of uses.
With regard to the residential use table, an “X” indicates that the described use is unconditionally permitted in the district represented by the symbol at the top of the column. A “U” indicates that the described use requires a use permit in the district represented by the symbol at the top of the column. The absence of an “X” or “U” indicates the particular use is prohibited in such a district. If a use is not listed on the table, the city planner, upon application, shall determine and recommend to the planning commission whether or not such use is similar in character to a described use for the purposes of applying district regulations. [Ord. 409 § 3, 2017; Ord. 320 § 1, 1999. Formerly 14.100.020]
