The International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) 2021 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, International Property Maintenance Code, is adopted and made a part of this title by reference. (Ord. 757 § 4 (Exh. A), 2022).

15.48.020 Amendments.

International Property Maintenance Code Section 101.1 – Title, Section 103.1 – Title and Section 302.4 is amended as follows:

These regulations shall be known as the International Property Maintenance Code of City of Calistoga, hereinafter referred to as “this code.”
