ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATIONS

A mailed application for an absentee voter ballot shall be made in writing and shall be returned to the city clerk, and must be received by the city clerk no later than the seventh day prior to the election. The application shall be signed by the applicant and shall show his/her place of residence. Except as provided herein, or elsewhere in the Charter of the city, in all other respects elections in the city shall conform with the provisions of the California Elections Code. (Ord. 740 § 1, 1994)
