SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET
IMPROVEMENT FUND

3.12.010 Created.
In order to comply with the provisions of Section 2113 of Chapter 3 of Division 3 of the Streets and Highways Code, there is hereby created in the city treasury a special fund to be known as the “Special Gas Tax Improvement Fund.” (Ord. 213 § 1, 1968)
3.12.020 Depositions.
All moneys received by the city from the state of California under the provisions of the Streets and Highways Code and the distribution of highway users’ tax funds, to be used for the acquisition of real property or interests therein for, or the construction, maintenance or improvement of streets or highways other than state highways, shall be put into the fund. (Ord. 213 § 2, 1968)
3.12.030 Expenditures.
All moneys in the fund shall be expended exclusively for the purposes as authorized by law and as provided in the Streets and Highways Code as the same is from time to time amended. (Ord. 213 § 3, 1968)
