RESTRICTIONS ON THE PLACEMENT OF CIGARETTE VENDING MACHINES

6.28.020 Restrictions on placement of cigarette vending machines—Business establishments.
6.28.010 Definition.
For purposes of the ordinance codified in this chapter, “cigarette vending machine” means any vending machine from which cigarettes or tobacco products are dispensed, whether through the use of coins, paper currency or tokens. (Ord. 747 § 1 (part), 1995)
6.28.020 Restrictions on placement of cigarette vending machines—Business establishments.
No business establishment open to the public shall maintain a cigarette vending machine, except in a location of the business establishment not accessible to minors. (Ord. 747 § 1 (part), 1995)
