9.08.010 Prohibition on sale, use and discharge of fireworks.

The sale, use or discharge of fireworks, including safe and sane fireworks, is prohibited at all times in this city. This prohibition does not apply to the discharge of approved fireworks by a licensed pyrotechnician at an event sponsored or approved by the city. (Ord. 698 § 2 (part), 1990)

9.08.020 Penalty for violation.

A violation of this chapter or of any provision hereof is punishable as provided in Section 1.08.020. (Ord. 698 § 3 (part), 1990)
