ADVERTISING

5.1.02 Exceptions to provisions.
5.1.01 Distribution.
It shall be unlawful for any person, or the agent, employee, or servant of any person, to distribute, or cause to be distributed, in the City any handbill or any printed or written advertising matter by placing, or causing the same to be placed, in any automobile, or in any yard, or on any porch, or in any mailbox not in the possession of or under the control, of the person distributing the same. 5.1.02 Exceptions to provisions.
The provisions of this chapter shall not be deemed to apply to any newspaper or other publication having a paid subscription list and which is delivered to such subscribers. (§ 2, Ord. 137)
