14.02.010 Adoption of codes by reference.

The city adopts by reference and makes part of this chapter, subject to those certain amendments set forth in Chapters 14.04 through 14.10 CMC, the following codes (one copy of each is on file for use and examination by the public in the office of the city clerk of the city of Covina):

A. California Administrative Code (Part 1 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations), 2022 Edition;

B. California Building Code (Part 2 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations), 2022 Edition, including Volumes 1 and 2, and Appendices B, D, F, I, J, N, O and P;

C. California Residential Code (Part 2.5 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations), 2022 Edition, including Appendices AH, AK, AL, AO, AR, AS, AU, AV, AW, AX, and AZ;

D. California Electrical Code (Part 3 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations), 2022 Edition;

E. California Mechanical Code (Part 4 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations), 2022 Edition;

F. California Plumbing Code (Part 5 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations), 2022 Edition;

G. California Fire Code (Part 9 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations), 2022 Edition;
