PURCHASING POLICY AND PROCEDURE

The original copy, entitled “Purchasing Policy and Procedure Manual of the City of Dinuba,” on file with the city clerk of said city, is established as the purchasing policy for the city of Dinuba, California, as required by Government Code Section 54203, and is incorporated herein by reference. (Ord. 555 § 1, 1976)
2.40.020 Local purchasing preference.
The city council has determined and declares its intention, to authorize a ten percent purchasing preference for local businesses. This section shall remain permanent, unless, by ordinance, the city council repeals or amends this section. (Ord. 2008-06 § 1, 2008)
