9.52.010 Climbing water tower.

Every person who climbs upon, scales, holds to, or in any manner attaches himself to the water tower of the city, or any part thereof, without being thereunto authorized by the director of public works or other official in charge of the water tower, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as prescribed in Section 1.16.010.
