10.36.010 Use of new pavement or closed streets.

It is unlawful for any person to ride, drive or to cause to be ridden or driven any animal, or to ride, drive or propel, or cause to be ridden, driven or propelled any vehicle over or across any newly made pavement in any public street across or around which pavement there is a barrier, or at, over or near which is a person or sign warning persons not to drive over or across such pavement, or a sign stating that the street is closed. 10.36.020 Driving through funeral procession.

It is unlawful for any person to ride, drive or propel, or to cause or permit to be ridden, driven or propelled any vehicle or animal through or across any funeral procession in this city. (Prior code § 6165)
