14.08.010 Adoption.
The “2016 California Mechanical Code” as adopted and approved by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, 5032 Alhambra Avenue, Los Angeles, California, 90032, and based on the 2015 Uniform Mechanical Code, referred to as the “code” in this chapter, except as specifically repealed or amended by the city of Dinuba, is adopted by the city, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 50022.1 through 50022.8, inclusive, of the California Government Code. 14.08.015 Adoption of subsequent supplements, revisions and amendments.
All supplements, revisions and amendments to the code as may be hereafter approved and adopted by the state are adopted and made a part of this code. (Ord. 2007-11 (part), 2007: Ord. 2004-5 (part), 2004: Ord. 543 § 2, 1978)
14.08.020 Copies on file.
