9.56.020 Effect of approval or conditional approval of map.
9.56.010 Enforcement.
A. Prohibition. The prohibitions in Government Code Section 66499.30 shall apply to the sale, lease, financing, construction or occupancy of any parcel or parcels of real property in the city of Dublin until and unless all applicable requirements of this title and the Subdivision Map Act have been complied with.
B. Penalty. Penalties for violation of this title or the Subdivision Map Act shall be as provided in Government Code Section 66499.31.
C. Remedies, Violations. Remedies and procedures for violations shall be as set forth in Government Code Sections 66499.32, 66499.33, 66499.34 and 66499.36.
D. Certificate of Compliance. Any person owning real property or a vendee of that person pursuant to a contract of sale of the real property may submit an application to determine whether the real property complies with the provisions of this chapter and the Subdivision Map Act. The Community Development Director and the City Engineer shall review the application. The City Engineer shall issue a certificate of compliance or a conditional certificate of compliance in accordance with the provisions of Government Code Section 66499.35.
E. Judicial Action. Challenges to actions taken pursuant to this title shall be governed by Government Code Sections 66499.37 and 66499.38. (Ord. 4-16 § 1 (Exh. A) (part))
9.56.020 Effect of approval or conditional approval of map.
Neither the approval nor conditional approval of any map shall constitute or waive compliance with any other applicable provision of the Dublin Municipal Code, including the Dublin zoning ordinance, nor shall any such approval authorize or be deemed to authorize a violation or failure to comply with any other applicable provisions of the code.
