In the construction of this title, the general definitions set forth in DSRSDC 1.20.080, Definitions, shall apply, except where such definitions would be inconsistent with the manifest intent of the Board of Directors, or the context clearly requires otherwise, or where contrary definitions are set forth in this title, or as otherwise stated in DSRSDC 1.20.080, Definitions.
