GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.10.010 Purpose.
The purpose of this title is to provide regulations governing the use or acquisition of District facilities and property not otherwise governed by regulations elsewhere in this code. If this title governs the same subject matter in the same manner as provided by regulations elsewhere in this code, the provisions of this title shall be considered alternative to those specified elsewhere.
