STREET DEDICATION MAP

22.300.005 Generally.

22.300.015 Form and content.

22.300.020 Staff reports.
The Development Services Director shall prepare and submit a written report to the Planning Commission on street dedication maps.
A. This report shall specify the location of the proposed street and the surrounding conditions, the neighborhood street pattern, the interest of the general public, and any other factors pertinent to the ultimate uses of the contiguous land.
B. A copy of the report shall be served on the subdivider or his agent at least three (3) days prior to any hearing or action on the map. Any changes in the report shall be served at least three (3) days prior to any subsequent hearing. [Ord. 24-2015 §10 (Exh.
