MAJOR IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENTS

22.60.005 Bridge crossings and major thoroughfares.
The purpose of this section is to make provision for assessing and collecting fees as a condition of approval of a final subdivision or final parcel map or as a condition of issuing a building permit for the purpose of defraying the actual or estimated costs of constructing bridges or major thoroughfares pursuant to Section 66484 of the Government Code.
Prior to the filing of a final subdivision map or final parcel map, or prior to the issuance of a building permit, the subdivider shall pay or cause to be paid any fees for defraying the actual or estimated cost of constructing planned bridges or major thoroughfares, after the proceedings and other provisions of Section 66484 of the Government Code have been complied with. 22.60.010 Sewer facilities.
Prior to the filing of any final subdivision map or final parcel map, the subdivider shall pay or cause to be paid any fees for defraying the actual or estimated cost of constructing planned drainage and sanitary sewer facilities for drainage and sanitary sewer areas, after the proceedings and other provisions of Section 66483 of the Government Code have been complied with. 22.60.015 Groundwater recharge facilities.
Prior to the filing of any final subdivision map or final parcel map, the subdivider shall pay or cause to be paid any fees for defraying the actual or estimated cost of constructing planned groundwater facilities, after the proceedings and other provisions of Section 66484.5 of the Government Code have been complied with.
