2-5.01 Candidates: Nomination Papers: Filing Fee.

The sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) is hereby established as a filing fee to accompany the filing of nomination papers by any candidate for elective office in the City. Nomination papers shall not be accepted by the City Clerk unless they are accompanied by such fee.
