DISPLAY OF SEXUALLY EXPLICIT MATERIAL HARMFUL TO MINORS

9.32.010 Display of sexually explicit material harmful to minors.

No harmful matter, as defined in California Penal Code Section 313, shall be displayed in a public place, other than a public place from which minors are excluded, unless blinder racks are placed in front of the materials so that the lower two-thirds of the material is not exposed to view. Any such harmful matter shall be placed at a minimum height of three feet above the ground, measuring from the bottom of the material. (Ord. 483 § 2, 2004)
