UNIFORM CODE FOR THE ABATEMENT OF DANGEROUS BUILDINGS

15.28.020 Violation – Penalty.
15.28.010 Adoption.
The Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, is hereby adopted by reference as the dangerous buildings code of the city; and each and all of the regulations, provisions and terms of the code are referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as fully and completely as if set forth in this chapter. One copy of the dangerous buildings code shall be maintained for use and examination of the public in the office of the city clerk. 15.28.020 Violation – Penalty.
