10.87.010 Violation deemed infraction when – Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of Chapter 10.04 EMC through EMC 10.64.120 is guilty of an infraction unless otherwise specified. Any person who is convicted of a violation of Chapter 10.04 EMC through EMC 10.64.120 shall be punished as provided by Chapter 1.16 EMC, insofar as applicable to infractions. (Ord. 158 § 5, 1984)
